• Our rural workshop is open Monday to Friday 9am-4pm, excluding public holidays and closed for 3 weeks over the festive December season. Enquiries call +27 823283678
• All orders will receive attention within 24 hours of receipt – weekends and holidays excluded. In order to supply the variety of goods on offer, we do not keep stock on hand, so all orders are custom dyed and made. They may take up to 2 weeks to process. (depending on the weather and workload, they can sometimes take longer)
• Unless you have requested otherwise, local (South Africa) parcels will be sent with The Courier Guy
• Orders from outside South Africa will be sent with UPS or FedEx via Tunl.

• Payments should be made with your order and the order will be processed once confirmation of payment has been received. Payments are accepted in ZAR in South Africa and US$ for all international payments.
• We do NOT accept cash paid into our bank account.
• By completing a purchase, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your order (e.g., confirmation, shipping updates).
  You may also receive one follow-up email checking if you are happy with your purchase. No further marketing emails will be sent.
